A cold front reached the South Coast on Thursday, south westerlies was blowing gale force, that bought big swell all along the coast.

On the morning of Saturday, 28 May 2011, offshores pulled through and solid 8-10ft waves came grinding along the point breaks! Surfers were of course on!

How Bodyboarding Changed my Life.  #Learning. Fast forward to May 2008.  A year of learning, being taught and experiencing things have passed since I’ve been introduced to the sport. It involves many good and bad memories (mostly good).  I was still a complete kook, barely knew how to “bottom turn” on a wave but nevertheless I had fun and I was hooked. It definitely was harder for me than many people I know. I remember some guys who started the sport after me, being 100 times better than me after like 5 sessions. Not that it bothered me. I was so focused on having fun, enjoying the ocean, the beautiful scenery and the exploring that I was barely intimidated by anyone or anybody better than me – mostly, since I was a Free-surfer, which means I’m doing it just for fun, where as others was super competitive. Not all operating systems is as expensive as Windows and Mac - in fact, you get a wide variety of Operating Systems which is absolutely FREE. These operating systems are known as Linux. Yes, not all Linux operating systems are stable and they might not be very productive if you are a hardcore PC gamer or Architect. But if you are into Graphics designing, Programming, Music or just a regular office user, Linux might be the best operating system that you can find! Now, Linux is not an operating system as such, it's more of a base for developers, to use, to create their own Linux 'design' and then redistribute it - Known as Open Source. Well known Linux operating systems are Ubuntu, OpenSuse, Slackware and Fedora.
